How to Return or Exchange an Item

2. Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization along with a FedEx shipping label to get the product back to us.
3. Ship It Back:Please pack the product in the original package in the same condition that you received it.
4. Receive Refund or Replacement:Once the product is received, we'll issue your refund or ship the new item within 48 hours.

2. Return accepted for unsatisfactory, unopened or unused Items within 30 days of your receiving.

Returns and Compensation Process
1. PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
2. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
Return Shipping Charges
1. We'll payfor the return shipping due to an error by the manufacturer or our site(defective or damage products, non-compatiable Products, missing accesories ect.)
2. A 20% of return shipping and restocking charges will be deducted from your refund if the sale is due to your own reasons(Dissatisfied with the product, don't like it, or bought the wrong product).

If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. 2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective product or a damaged product in shiping, please follow the steps below:

2. After our checking, we can give a full refund or reshipping a new item for you.
3. Incorrect or Non-compatiable Products
If the item you have received differs completely from the one you ordered or you got a non-compatible item with your device (the item description on our site is wrong), please follow the steps below:
1. Please contact our customer service email@example.com and to provide us with the following proofs in 7 days: photos or a video of the incorrect item; photos or a video showing the problem occurred with this product;
2. After our checking, we will provide a return shipping label. Once the product is received, we'll issue a full refund or exchange.
4. Item Not Received
1. The package tracking information says delivered but you haven't received it. We'll get in touch with the shipper and track it down. If we can’t find it, we’ll ship you a new item or issue refund.
2. No tracking information and you haven't received the item within 7 days. Please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
5. Items with Missing Accesories
If you received a product with missing accessories, please send a message to our customer service email@example.com, they'll help you get the parts.
6.Bought Wrong Product
If you accidentally bought wrong product, you can contact us to return it, but a 20% return shipping and restock fee will be deducted from your refund.
7. Don’t Like it
If the product doesn't meet your expectations, please feel free to contact us for return. Please note that a 20% return shipping and restock fee will be deducted from your refund.
