1.Question: Can the switch be changed to a 2 prong toggle switch? If so then how?

Answer: It can be changed. You don't need blue wire. That just power to the light. Black is your ground and white is your positive. Just did it my self

2.Question: Would this work for an ATV portable crop sprayer?

Answer: yes it would easy to install will work with whatever.

3.Question: I want to change the switch on this harness I see the 3 wires blue, black and white. black is the ground, what are the blue and white leads?

Answer: My switch has broken...I tried to change it but was unsuccessful...I believe the blue, is for the indicator lite on the switch itself, the white is hot.

4.Question: What does it mean when both the green and red light on the switch are on simultaneously

Answer: Bad grounding
